The trust works on the basis of the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda. It has the distinction of continued service to humanity across Howrah, Jhargram, Sundarban, and other districts of West Bengal.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is empowered to create any office bearer post and elect office bearers to fill such posts from the Trustees and/or from outside the Board of Trustees. The office bearers shall be nominated or elected by co-option of the Trustees at a meeting convened for the purpose.
